You’re welcome. In my area, it’s called poster board. It’s just a large sheet of heavy paper. It’s not stiff like cardboard but more of a card stock weight I guess. Hope that helps.
I haven't worked with black chart paper, so I don't know, but basically you just want to use something that is rigid so it will stand up a little and be firm enough to keep the cupcakes steady. Regular paper will not work and anything that isn't stronger than that, won't work.
Marjanette Arugay Hi there! I used poster board to make the inserts. There is a link to the blog post in the video description. That post lists all the materials I used.
Hi! Do you have an Amazon link for the poster board you used? I've been looking around for some at a decent price and I checked the blog but I couldn't find a link... Really helpful video, by the way 😊
I normally just get mine from either Walmart or the Dollar Tree. They're pretty cheap at dollar stores. I found a link for a 10 pack on Amazon, but I'm not sure if it's the same type that I used as I haven't tried these out: www.amazon.com/Staples-White-Poster-Boards-10-Pack/dp/B00WKZPALM/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=poster+board&qid=1619801123&sr=8-7
Measurements will depend on the size of the box you’re using. For a more detailed explanation , hit the link in the description to see the post about it.
@@IScreamforButtercream Omg, I was thinking about how to make the actual box and couldn't figure out what material it would be. Those poster boards are only 30¢ apiece compared to $1 boxes. Thank you soooo much!!
Wow!! This saved me lot of hassle. Thanks a lot!! 😊

Hi! Thank you for this brilliant idea! Can I ask you how thick the poster board is?
I’m not sure how thick it was. It was just regular poster board though and they’re usually around the same thickness.
Can i use black chart instead of poster board

Best video on TH-cam tysm for this 💞

Well crud, why did it never occur to me to ice them IN the box! Hence why I subscribe to both your channel and newsletter....Thanks for the tip!
Tracy Merlau 😂😂 Glad you like that 😉 This way there's really only one chance of messing up the icing (when you take them out of the box). 😊
Brilliant!

@@IScreamforButtercream thank you po maam🥰🥰
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
How far apart did you space them?
Maybe about an inch or so. It doesn’t need to be exact though. Just enough room for each cupcake not to be jammed up to the next one.
Thank you for this idea
Thank you 💖💖💖💖👍👍👍
Excellent!
THANK YOU!!!
Merci
What size box did you use in this video? Assuming a dozen standard size cupcakes do not fit in every box. Wanted to use 10 by 10
I don't remember exactly what size the box was, but it was probably around 13x9 inches.
Very helpful. Thank you🌹

Where to get the cardboard?
I just use poster board. You can get that at any craft store and they usually have them at supermarkets and dollar stores as well.
