Myk) I focus above all on making the twin guitar phrases cool. The guitar solo in the Lovebites song is very long with verse-1, verse-2, bridge, and harmony. If it were in karaoke, many people would probably not be able to wait for the "1.5 minute interlude" on the screen to be over. (LOL)

Myk) I have been to see the All that remains live and they were very good. I went home with a smile on my face. The precision and sharpness of the riffs were excellent, and the tone of the guitar solo blew my mind.
Mty) I like his playing. It's a little scary, isn't it?
Dark and classical, but comfortable.
Rly) I think he was using a Jackson guitar, shaped like the Randy Rhoads one.
Metal musicians like pointy shapes like the Flying V?
Myk) Yes. I also use the Flying V of Dean.
Rly) It's the same guitar as Michael Schenker.
Myk) It's a different color. I should have brought that one. (LOL)

Myk) My mother loved the Queen, so the first guitarist I heard was Brian. Even as a child, I felt that this older man made cute sounds.
Rly) It's a nasal, slightly muffled sound.
He still uses the guitar he built with his father 50 years ago.
Mty) That's an insanely good value for money. (LOL)
Rly) Even when backing, Brian plays the guitar as if singing.
Mty) He inserts a little bit interlude by guitar.
Myk) Oh yeah, it's cool.
Mdr) His tone is so sweet and every phrase he plays feels like singing, which is pleasant.

Myk) I saw a video of her playing around tapping away on a twelve strings guitar that looked like a cutting board. She was a monster!
I thought she was memorable because she looked so intense, and I thought the whole thing was cool.
Rly) And her guitar, so it's Jackson.
Mty) Two years ago I met her at a guitar festival in Norway.
She came over for breakfast and said to me, "Marty, you've always had the same hair."
I wasn't sure if she was complimenting me or not, but I thanked her anyway.
Ken) Did she have a different haircut?
Mty) She changed to a slightly shorter Mohawk.
Ken) So it's the same thing with a Mohawk. (LOL)

Myk) The first riff I played in the metal guitar genre was Master of Puppets.
A friend of mine told me to start learning metal guitar with this riff. It's a tricky, but it's still catchy to the ear. It feels like magic.
Mty) The greatest miracle I feel is the combination of the two guitarists. James Hetfield is the world's best rhythm guitarist with unmatched rhythmic precision.
Kirk's solos are like late 1960's blues like Carlos Santana, the complete opposite of James, yet together they are miraculously amazing.
They are one-of-a-kind and unique.
For me, as an American, it's like chocolate and peanut butter, the best of both worlds.
Ken) They are the Snickers of the metal music world.
Mty) No, it would be Reese's Peanut Butter Cups rather than Snickers.
Ken) OK!
