For the wolves, I actually get the most parry success moving straight backwards while putting the tip of my sword in their mouth. It works 99% of the time for me.
@@ogh122doesstuff5 you have a very small window to react, the more action speed you have, the even less time you have because your recovery animation is shorter (stupid I know)
You can actually dodge 100% of frost giant berserker's moveset by just strafing left and crouching, and if it happens to be the charge move you have to start following his footspets after first swing. Not sure how that applies when trying to parry, but if it's just about not getting hit then it's really consistent.
Berserkers are easy to avoid getting hit, but not if you want to parry aswell. You can just crouch past them on the left side whenever they start any attack, and itll miss, if its the combo you just keep walking behind their back as they turn slower than you.
If you’re talking about the module in the far south-west, there is a Wendigo there. Check each corner for a maiden statue - the hand of one of the statues is the secret lever. The ice pillar in the center of the room will lower. You can very easily cheese the Wendigo by jumping onto one of the ice shelves that are also in the corners of the module.
@@jeffwhite1334 not that one i know the location of 3 so far but there is one in the module called "shadow valley" it's like i can almost hear but idk where it is
@@jeffwhite1334 nvm i spawned in that exact module and focused on breaking every vase instead of fighting mobs and there are 3 vases on the bottom floor under one of them is a lever that frees a wendigo
you can also hit guardmen shield and just stand infront of him to parry just look straight at his chest basically and it hits your parry with the shield
Me as any other class: rapidly back steps and still gets hit Me as fighter: barely steps back with sword out in parry and monster completely misses me.
im begging you to please help me find the new wyvern parrys. also for the guardsman upswing try the yeti crouch look up right spot. kobalds i dont move back on the diagonal and put the tip to his hand at the start of the swing. and for the vertical i back up a little and put the tip on the hand again to stop the swing at the start. like the felling axe its best to stop the swing not the axe head. Also also the ice harpy crouch look up left and back up straife right works well for me coz i dodge if i dont get theee parry. works with nightmare version more consistently. with the halberts ive just found spacing just outside their range so the attack doesnt hit you and touching tips. jump back right look down for the sweep the leg aiming for left shoulder. FYI if you do try the wyvern parry dont crouch or look right much its all about spacing. easiest on the left side of him (shoulder) with another player agroing him so not soloable really with parry. thanks ironmace for ruining the new boss for the only class that required actual skill to solo the boss. cough cough constant heelfire cough cough. sorry long as message love your content you inspire me to longsword better.
Why changing so many time saying their left and your left, why just not commit to just one side so it easier to understand what you want to communicate.
Doing these as lizard is kinda shit since pretty much nobody plays lizard... i mean good video and all but change the class bro this makes it so fkn confusing you should retitle the video "The Ultimate PVE Parry Guide for Lizard classes only"
I died to a yeti immediately after watching this video. 😂

I found it doesn’t let me riposte after on the dire wolves.

Osrs ost fits too well
Thanks for the guide I’m really glad I found your channel! ❤
For the frost giant berserker it's best to just crouch, look right and up and move left while parrying.

crazy im in the vid 18:00
The halbert skeletons aim for your head, if u defend and go back a little, u can parry aiming the tip of halberd
You should try fighting all bosses as slayer fighter the best class in dark and darker.
Love you lizard man ! !
@@KrisaEatsRocks I already killed all bosses on all classes solo gg
@sparkykawa 02:09 Ice Kobold Axeman , you just go a l little bit to the right and parry a bit to your left , it parry all attacks ;)
you can also hit guardmen shield and just stand infront of him to parry
just look straight at his chest basically and it hits your parry with the shield
also dont move back for the macemen just look 90 degrees left, no crouch or anything
also just got to the axemen same thing just look up like 45 degrees or a little less and you parry every time
For berserker i end up rotating left and crouching under all his attacks, i dont try to parry because i end up getting smacked but it works
Me as any other class:
rapidly back steps and still gets hit
Me as fighter: barely steps back with sword out in parry and monster completely misses me.

I see that even trying to parry the Wendigo he still sometimes misses you. Does this mean you can also crouch and look up to simply dodge?
Do ripostes do more damage then regular attacks? Appreciate the vid!
Yes, a LOT more.
