Have had a good experience with Ooma since you joined? I’m getting ready to port over. I do like that they are using Grandstream’s new ip phones now.

Can anyone tell me how good ooma texting service is. I want to do some mass texting that are blind copies. I use ring central and it charges extra but it allows Blind copies. The problem is ring cental phone quality has gone down the toilet so I want to switch carriers

I am hearing impaired. Wear dual hearing aids that are blue tooth compatible. Question is "why" doesn't Ooma offer blue tooth compatibility with people like me that need blue tooth to do be compatible with our hearing aids??? I have blue tooth to my car radio...why not the damn Ooma phone???

Several of the latest Ooma phone models are Bluetooth compatible. I just installed six phones for a small business with all of them being bluetooth compatible.
However, some of the old Yealinks are not. That's not really something Ooma can control.
      I hope that helps.

OOMA wont activate any updated phones unless they sell you office plan.

I would like to know if how do you connect the ooma device to a 2.4 GHZ instead of 5GhZ ? Because they recommend that it works better into a 2.4 GHz

Connecting Ooma via wireless 2g or 5g depends on the phone or device you're using.
If you use the Ooma smartphone app, then wireless access is dependent on the smartphone.
Some Ooma desktop phones are wifi capable. The models ending with "W" are wifi capable. It's always best to hardwire connect if possible, however having wifi obviously allows for options. The newer Ooma phones are both 2.4g & 5g compatible and work very well in either bandwidth.
VoIP doesn't require a lot of bandwidth, so either 2.4 or 5 will work just as well so long as there's connectivity.

I am looking to drop my iPhone service , and looking to optimize my phone use. You say you cand link and use your cell in conjunction with Ooma. Not being very techie can you use your cell with Ooma service support, Not having a cell service provider

Yes ! I am a senior sales executive for Ooma Office and Ooma can provide you with A Ooma Connect Cellular based hotspot which has a data plan and you can connect to it from your cell phone or you can use any wifi hotspot available... we do not provide cellular service like a traditional carrier so you will have to connect to a wi fi of your own or one we provide. If you have not already reached out to Dan from Prime Concepts to get set up!
