Hi Mahesh Yes, you can carry spices. Make sure they are properly packed preferably purchasing from stores and do not pack at home. Avoid milk products, honey and plants.

Yes, you can apply for dependent visa while you are here for few months or even in advance and travel together. Just check your eligibility on immigration site. If you would have applied together than it get process quickly along with your visa application but separate visa application may time bit longer. I have travelled along with my husband on his second entry to new zealand.

I do not have much idea about Hamilton but for jobs there are definitely more opportunities in Auckland. And Hamilton is more affordable compared to Auckland. College you can select based on college performance on that particular courses.
