      Should really get the Tri-ang 4 car equivalent of the Hornby Dublo Crane to complete the set. 🤔

      Once the Hornby Breakdown crane was fixed, running the other 2 seemed the obvìous thing to do.

      It is fun when things work. 🤔😀
      It has been a while since the Market siding on the series 3 layout was in use so was time to get the rust off those rails.

    Hi Mons... the 3MT definitely doesn't like those points at all I can see it jumping every time it goes over them...I'm not sure if you are aware or not but usually the cranes travel backwards with their boom/jib facing the back of the train.....It shows that in the catalogue you showed with the boom/jib car at the back of the consist. Also .... why do we never hear you talk?.. it is always a silent movie with text and music.. lol.

    • @monsvillerailways5736
      @monsvillerailways5736  14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@TimsBitsnPieces Thanks Tim.
      Yeah, the 3MT is suited better for code 125 track as is on the Tri-ang Series 3 layout, but has more pulling power than the super light Hornby Jinty.
      Good point about the direction of the crane. The Honby crane shown last week is sometimes shown boom first so to me it didn't matter. Not really fussed either way.
      I prefer the "silent movie" Tim.
      Too much waffle in this world as it is without me adding to it. 😅
