- In this video I will be escaping the cave/night dweller in minecraft, the mod used in this video was made by @m_productions15 . The two mysterious dwellers are predators and will try to kill you at all cost, in this video I take on the challenge to escape both of them. I added a challenge which requires me to build a house and craft a diamond block, this forces me to play both above ground and within caves. This challenge was incredibly hard to beat, and well... we'll never know what happened towards the end.

How'd you manage to get Cave Dweller and The Man From The Fog. I am pretty sure Cave Dweller is 1.19.3 whilst Man From The Fog is 1.19.2
Your shades and ambience also make up for that
I have theory on why the night dweller looks like what it is, the night dweller is a version of the cave dweller that may have wandered out into the caves and survived the temperature change and the surrounding environment, and the reason why it has such a gigantic mouth is to easily chomp on sheep, pigs, or cows, because they are quite large, seeing that there's no crevices to have to go in, or bats to catch, the limbs are shorter. It evolved to have a black skin, different from the cave dweller's pale skin, most likely to avoid detection, and unlike the cave dweller, the noises of the night dweller do not really help you determine how close he is to you, this is most likely to jump prey for a quick healthy snack.

Documentation {REDACTED}: The Dweller Mob Species.
The Dwellers are a species of Endermen that seem to have undergo some unknown mutations over time.
For surviving these subjects, its the basic Enderman rule, don't look into their eyes.
Subject 1: The Cave Dweller.
The Cave Dweller is a mutation of Endermen.
It is smarter, thus crawling through 1x1 spaces, and crouching through 2x1 spaces. This Dweller seems to not have the teleportation ability that the normal Endermen do, but this does not explain why they disappear when satisfied or scared. This creature also uses it's new ability of "Cave Noises." These noises are unlike normal ones, when you start hearing these, it is nearing, when they pick up pace, he is nearby, and after they have picked up, they may stop, when this happens, be aware of your surroundings, if you see it, dont look at it directly, back away and leave the cave, and it will select a new target.
Subject 2: The Night Dweller (AKA The Fog Dweller)
This mob is a sub-species of the Endermen mutation, "Cave Dweller."
Just like the main species of Dwellers, this sub-species also has the Endermen rule, don't make eye contact.
The Night Dweller is almost like a ninja, it only makes noise when moving around to make the prey paranoid. It makes far less sounds compared to the Cave Dweller.
This Dweller is not as intelligent as the Cave Dweller because when chasing, it seems to make a bee-line toward prey even when on water, when it is in water, it cannot get you, and ultimately drowns (possibly).
This subject is faster than the Cave Dweller, get inside or seek shelter as fast as you can, fending against this Dweller will result in death or major injury.
There have been sightings of a Nether Dweller sighted around Lit Ruined Portals, there have been no confirmation that there is a Nether sub-species of the Dwellers, please report any info to [DATA EXPUNGED], if you see this Dweller, stay away from those portals, if there are no Dwellers in sight, please destroy the link between the Overworld and the Nether, if you have a portal in your base, please destroy it immediately in case of a Nether Dweller entering your base.

Light dweller probably searches for lights in the darkness. If it's day, it's somewhat harmless, (just don't let it notice you) but at night, it's desperate for light and will fight you for it, chasing you to destroy any threats to it's precious Light it cherishes. It will sit next to Light sources and stare into it

It is an ambush predator even guardians fear its presence. We it spots its prey it camouflages its self it then makes a fast but inconspicuous line to its prey. it will then use its tentacles to asphyxiate and limit its preys movement while slashing at it with its sharp and poison tentacles then once its prey is weak it will finish the job with a bone shattering bite. Only a few people have survived an attack from the Ocean lurker and lived to tell the tale.

I like to imagine that the night dweller is a closely related species to the cave dweller who evolved to be more suited for the surface while the cave dweller stayed isolated in the caves for so long, with the night dweller becoming more aggressive due to the more frequent mobs and less isolation.

I was playing with the Cave dweller mod and it starting chasing me while I was in an ancient city so I intentionally summoned the warden hoping it would kill the Cave dweller and thankfully because the cave dweller makes so much noise, the warden actually attacked it instead of me allowing me to dig my way out of the city.

I'd like to make something clear, It was not nearly as cool looking as it may sound, it was literally just me screaming and jumping off walls to make noise in order to summon it, to which I then dug hid in a 2x2 ditch until the warden killed it and the warden decided it was bored and left.

Light dweller IMHO should not be like one of these homunculi looking monsters but it should look like a slightly bigger player model with crazed eyes.
It'd be cool if he searches desperately for lights during the night and eats/steals them if there are no blocks impeding him but, as long as the player keeps feeding him lights and does not harm him, he will not attack the player.
Basically puts the player into a situation where either they have to waste a big amount of lights/torches but at the cost that other monsters (including the Night dweller) will be more prone to hunt closer to their location or they will have to fight off the light dweller.
Alternatively, the players can also plant lights away from their homes to lead away the light dweller...this also comes at the cost that skeletons, zombies and creepers together with the noght dweller are more likely to appear closer and around their homes.
These types of Mods makes this game Awesome🔥🔥💓
