I absolutely LOVE an idea like this! I have so many questions!! How it would be funded? Who would own the land? Would there be a corporate landlord who handles the management of the property? What kinds of "tenants" would draw people to the space...retail? dining? entertainment? activities? what about security? Looking forward to seeing how this project develops!

The outdoor vision looks beautiful. The building architecture of the strip by “Stienmart” looks dull and boring?? I hope it can look pretty like the library? Idk? But it definitely needs something.
