Ingredients:
For Syrup:
Sugar - 1kg
Water - 250ml
For Dough:
Milk (full cream) - 2lt
Vinegar - 6tbsp
Water - 2lt
Flour (all-purpose) - 1tbsp
Water - a dash
For Filling:
Khoya - ¾ cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Pista chopped - handful
Mik - 2tbsp
Saffron Dissolved - 1tbsp

Thank you for the awesome recipe. Being a Bangladeshi I grew up in Desi Mithai. I love Roshogulla, kala jamun, Kheer Mohan, rosh malai and kaju roll. Living abroad for so many years, I still remember the happy moments going to Mithai shop with my family. Lots of love.

Hello Kunal, I made this today and it turned out so perfect. Thanq so much for the beautiful recipe. But 1 thing.. They turned little dark in color like light golden colour.
this happens when the sugar has a lot of impurities

I just followed the same recipe with thin sugar syrup to make rasgulla. To flavour it i added rose water to both chenna and sugar syrup.
And oh my god 😍. The rasgullas turned out to be so delicious, just like the market ones. Thank you so much chef for this recipe , i have been trying them since a year and finally succeeded. Thank you❤️
