I just saw this video, and I enjoyed it very much. I found it very informative, and professional. Having spent a fair amount of time on SWP, everything you said made perfect sense. I realize that I am 2 years behind this publication in my response, but I still wanted to offer a suggestion. I would have liked to see a stitch out on your sewing machine showing your results. I feel sure others would appreciate it as well, and I'm sure based on your video, that it would have been perfect as well. But i still would have liked to have seen it. Thanks.
Most of my split designs are not continuous like this one - more like a long name - so a gap is never an issue. I've done long appliqués like this one and a gap wasn't a problem. There may have been a tiny, tiny one. I know people have had problems with that. The way they solved it is to open one of the P files (say P2) and move the design just a tiny bit so as to "overlap" slightly with P1.
Thank you!!!! I have the brother SE400, Can you change the color stops to put them in order or do I have to manually go into my machine and change per position on the hoop?
Hi I was wondering if the images you are using for the 12x5 hoop are regular 5x7 pes files you enlarged to fit the 12x5 hoop? Does SWP automatically adjust the image stitches for the 12x5 hoop or are you manually increasing stitches throughout the image. If you are increasing stitches how are you doing it to create such a smooth finish? thank you and great tutorial video!!
Toward the end of the video, when I say "remove from hoop" I really mean remove the hoop from the machine. DO NOT unhoop your work until it's all done!
This is exactly what my mind was thinking, and you executed.Thank you again for another video for this newbie!!😊
Super terrific. I love your teaching style. Both clear and concise. Thanks so much for sharing this information.

Thank you I was wondering how you did this. It opens up all kinds of new possibilities.
Love your videos. But I see you hadn't made any in awhile. Just wondering if you have done a stuffie with the repositional hoop?
What program is that? We need to know...
Cándida when you stitch your split designs, do you get a small gap? This is how I split and almost always have a small gap.

Just move it a bit up or down in the machine, just a lil something I learned as a newbie.
