To not even the fact that Leroy threw himself down. It’s the fact Leroy put himself down their knowing that This particular game fits Jays skill set. There was a very good possibility that Jay could’ve won, and he still put himself down there. Ain’t nothing “scared” about THAT!!!! Proud 👊🏾👊🏾
This was something he did before & completely smoked it the last time he did it. He had absolute confidence in his ability to win that elimination. Jay likely would have beaten anyone in the house in this elimination except for Leroy.

That’s part of the game you have to work with. If they don’t want to be with their partner they can send themselves down to elimination and try to win or get the house to vote them in when it’s their partners elimination day. It makes it interesting.

When he started pacing and talking to himself saying " He dont want it, YOU want it." You could see how in it he was. This is the most 'in the zone' I've ever seen Lee. Something switched in him. I think he will go very far.

Kam needs a skull so just giving her the heads up would’ve made her feel like she got a heads up and would’ve taken it as an opportunity. Reassuring her she wouldn’t go in unless she wanted to (which she didn’t ask for, they volunteered) only to throw her in with a shady comments was messy politically. Exactly the show runners try so hard to make a competitive exciting season each time but people keep playing scared. I think they should introduce more punishments like: "being last place or not trying gets you time penalties if you make it to the final". That will light some fire on their butts lol.

Out of all the eliminations for Jay to be down for this was probably the best one for him. His background in rock climbing gives him a slight edge in any elimination involving hanging or core strength. Unfortunately whatever advantage he had in this is cancelled out by the fact that Leroy is a beast of a competitor so it all narrowed down to a fairly even challenge
I agree even I thought Jay had this in the bag
I thought so too when I first saw it, but I think height is a big factor in this one, because it allows your "strides" to be longer and means you have to take less of them if you're tall. I don't think that would matter as much if Jay were facing some of the heavier guys (like Josh or Fessy) whose extra weight would make them have to work a lot harder, but Leroy is lean enough that I think his height (even if it comes with more weight than Jay) was a real advantage for him here. That being said, tons of respect for Leroy because he clearly really locked in and crushed this.
I honestly think jay beats anyone else in that comp
Jay did good. Leroy was just better. Leroy did this elimination before in battle of the exes 2 aswell so he knew what technique to use, no one would’ve beat Leroy in this he killed it.
