Well, Revan has death scenes in swtor (FP and Shadow of Revan expansion end,though, he comes as Force Ghost till Echoes of Oblivion) and Nihilus dies in KOTOR 2 to a Jedi Exile.

Force Unleashed 1 Kill Darth Vader Kill Bob Bobba Fett Kill Obi Wan Kenobi Defeated Luke Skywalker TWICE and was able to turn him to DARK SIDE. Force Unleashed 2 Killed Han Solo and Chewbacca Killed Jedi Princess Leia
