This was recorded at home in their little sound studio with what I believe is their Karaoke equipment that we see from time to time in other parts of their house. The sound quality is not clear but typical of some of these Karaoke machines. It's a good place for these girls to practice and send out covers of songs on an impromptu basis. As far as their new song K(NO)W MORE they released it as promised on March 18th but because of the Covid Virus their dance studio was closed so they couldn't finish their dancing portion of this song. Have great news for you about the K(NO)W MORE music video! They are doing a full Glam, multi-scene MV for it that should be out mid-January! In the meantime though, you have to hear their cover of Dynamite, which was awarded Best Cover of the Year by the TH40 Ph in late November! And Mylene and Almira doing their first duet since childhood of Tell Him!
The sound in this video is because the only way they can record with 4 mics at home is by using their karaoke machine. This gives the sound of an echo chamber. The good news is that they have started a patreon account in order to help them raise funds for a proper home studio and better recording equipment. As you know they fund everything themselves because they are totally independent and do not have the backing of a music producer. This also is the reason they are very slow to release new original music. It is not cheap to assemble a team to make a quality song.

So, the audio version, or an upcoming lyric video, are likely to be the only ones available for you to react to, for a good long while. That goes for a live version as well (probably). They can't tour or make media appearances to promote the song, since they can't leave the house, so it seems unlikely they'll have a strong reason to do a live performance in the near future (and possibly far longer). Also, there's a major electronic element in the way the song is recorded, so it may not lend itself to being sung live, although a number of people online have said they're eagerly looking forward to hearing how it sounds when they finally do perform it onstage.
