Bro I have a doubt in radio buttons- in a webpage particular radio button has same attribute name, and value. How do you locate button?

Usually the radio buttons are designed like that only buddy.
Try to identify them using the text of those radio buttons.

One more bro- how to select any options from the menu, if I have list of menu, if I click home menu it will displayed several options. So how will click first option home menu.

You have to handle them using the normal logic only buddy.
There is no direct way for that in selenium. So we have to perform those operations in a step by step manner.
for eg:
1. Mouse hover on the menu bar
2. Click the menu item of your choice etc...
