    This is beautiful.....I AM LOVING THE EVERY-DAY PEOPLE OF NIGERIA, THEY ARE FINALLY TAKING THE RIGHTFUL STEPS.       This is exactly what we need. That way when police messes up we would simply hold our governor accountable, rather than waiting to find an IGP or a deaf President in Abuja. We need our affairs to be governed by someone within our arm's reach, by someone who understands us and our expectations. Inshort we need to restructure Nigeria, so that our failed governors can stop using the Federal govt as an excuse for their failure. If I know the state governor is in full control of Police, whenever Police harasses someone, na to go scatter government house. Inshort it would even stop military harassment too. because then, we would be able to arrest any errant soldier in our state.

    Uk police don't have pos, so how come these SARS / police are in possession of pos ? Are they sellers or bankers ?
    Please FG send your police to UK, FRANCE etc to collect and learn how to do police works .
    And also increase the police salary so that they will stop collecting money from the Citizens of Nigeria.

    It's a very big shame to Nigerian rulers that there is no benefit that majority of Nigerians are getting from government rather than a minimum wage of 30000Naira which is less than $60 and a 50kg bag f rice is also sold for 30000 Naira no more no less
