If you actually looked into the oct 7th attacks, the attacks started with hitting military installations and personnel which you'll barely hear from the western media. One of their goal was to take Israeli hostages back into Gaza to exchange for Palestinians imprisoned many without any charge. Among some of the Israeli civilians that were killed, some were shot by Israeli forces in the cross-fire, something else you'll barely hear. No one in the mainstream western media frames it as Israeli casualties in the attack but when you think of the thousands Palestinians killed through indiscriminate bombing, they are framed as Palestinian casualties.

I watched NF on Lex's recent 5 hour marathon. What I wondered was what good NF is doing, for his cause, even. He has to be held back even by his allies, he called Destiny a moron, over and over, starting out before he had even heard much from him. That is insulting to Lex, who hosted, and it means that if Destiny followers came to the debate, they would probably instantly turn off any chance NF had to move them to his cause.
Many of NF's natural allies are probably younger, and yet he disparaged using digital sources. I can see why he might say that, but as with his overall performance, he just seemed to be preaching to the choir.
For long periods he held his arms out in a threatening pose that was unpleasant to watch in video let alone the interrogation room they held the thing in.
His method through a lot of the debate was to quote lengthy passages from books by another participant, while claiming to know better than the author what the history of his comments was. Sorta like watching someone who had watched another's Hawaii vacation photos, that what they really meant to the tourist was "a great time spent in Rome".

Genocide requires intent and a special kind of intent, something Finkelstein either did not know or did not understand, Israel does not have that intent, Hamas on the other hand have declared their genocidal intent. Israel is not targeting civilians and it is a tragic fact of war that civilians die, especially when being fought against groups like Hamas. What did one Mr M bin Abdullah have to say about women and children dying as the result of his military action?

This is common across the Arab world, the Arab rulers trust Jews more than they trust their own fellow Arabs for obvious reason: the Jews aren't going to topple them from their thrones but their fellow Arabs will. Thus why so many Jewish advisors, merchants, physicians, administrators etc. surrounded many Arab rulers.
