Seqyi The night before have pasta. it is a complex carbohydrate so it will take longer to digest, and will give you great energy the next day. Also before the game, avoid eating too much as you can cramp up. Maybe something light like fruit

When you play football, sometimes you are usual to do some actions many Times . What he means is that in some Big matches you have to improvise and make the right pass in couple of seconds.
@@imadchihab7306 i think no, i do play football and i know we often to do some actions or movement, but when we're surrounded, we need to keep calm and think faster in order to make a good choice. Some actions occurred naturally or unintentionally as we didnt use our mind well due to panic situation (being surrounded). Kroos area is in the midfield when the opponents are around, that's why your mind has to be faster than your leg, means before you get the ball, you have to know what're you gonna do, short or long pass, backpass, one or two touch, know where your teammates are, turn your body, shoot, etc.

While we talk about Ronaldo,Modric,benzema,bale(before injury),Marcelo and Ramos,this guy was one of the key backbones of the UCL winning madrid squads. His amazing range of passing distributions,controlling his team’s tempo and game sense on reading his teammates movements really complimented Madrid a lot.
