They come in handy when not really sure how cutting your photo will look...especially if you're using older photos like I did here where I don't have the digital copy. TFW!

Thanks, Michele! I used to worry about cutting the "originals" but then started thinking about it from a story standpoint. Although photos tell the story and generate the memory, if you use the photos (cropped or not) and elaborate on the story, the memory is still documented and in-tact...you don't need 20 photos to do that (usually) :0)
