    The gold adds so much to those 🌲. Very pretty pages using such a pretty collection 😊. TFS

      Thanks so much...I'm glad you liked the instructions - it was deciding on how much/slow to go and what to speed up through 😊

      Thank you! I had someone say they made BIG ONES for table centerpieces one year so now I'm intrigued 😊

    Very cool technique for those circles. They look so pretty especially with the gold marker!

      I always forget to break out the gold marker but once I do, I get carried away and want to "gold marker" everything...lol. Thanks, friend!

      Thank you so much! I think they add a little extra something and that gold paint pen really helps too! TFW!

    Creative layout making the trees from the circles. About 5 years ago I made 50 of these using CTMH double sided Christmas paper, complete with gold star on top, a trunk and a red bucket holding the tree. They were part of table decorations for a large group and they all went home with the guests.

    Somehow I thought all your boys were grown up and just your daughter was young? I totally agree about those little fine pine die cuts. So pretty!
    Love the whole recreated layout! Merry Christmas!

      Well, to be fair...he's 16 so he's not "grown up" by any means but I still call him our "youngest son" which can be confusing since we had them so spread out (no diapers at the same time, no daycare, we ALMOST MISSED the multiple males under the age of 25 for insurance purposes...that's the IMPORTANT ONE...no college, and no weddings...hopefully...lol). LOVE those little pine die-cuts...sure wish I could buy 100 of them...lol. Thanks, Amy!

    I wondered about how hard it would be to cut out the ferns. I love the way that they look.

    I am with you on the fern die-cuts! They are gorgeous and would suit any outdoors/wilderness layouts! 🤞🤞🤞CTMH comes to the party and offers them as a stand-alone catalogue item! 🇦🇺🐨

    Great ways to make trees! Ans a great collection to document the Christmas tree farm! I plan on using this collection with my photos from riding the train in December in Durango ❄️ 🚂
    How many photos did you end your using? Do you plan to use the pocket plus pages for the rest? Or additional layouts perhaps?

    • @scrappinkaty
      @scrappinkaty  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still have the other two layouts in the Evergreen Workshop to make so that will hold a lot but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to use some of our pocket plus pages to house the rest. I also thought about the big 8x12 Flip Flaps - there's quite a bit of left over paper from this Kit so I'm pretty sure I could get it done 😊
