You are amazing!!! For people who are crafty but trying to take my crafts up a notch(like me) or who are looking for great creative ways to utilize what we have and how to create more...you have nailed it with this video! Thank you for caring enough to take the time to bless us with this video!!!
THANK YOU for creating this video. The effort in creating this presentation screams labor intensive! But… is it SO Informative and useful and is a gift to those of us who have never used Mod Podge and inspires creativity. Your efforts are an anthology of possibility!
Thank you for this video! I like the way that you created sample boards, showing the different effects on white, black and patterned paper. A very easy to follow, and logical, demo.😊
For your giant Mod Podge container, you could try using a clear condiment squeeze bottle (Dollar Tree or TEMU) pour and cap. Useful if you’re separating mod podge for color sorting or add-ons. 😇
Dollar Store eye shadow?!!? 😮 Wowww what a wonderful idea! I’m on an acrylic metallic texture kick right now so I’m stoked to try it out! Thanks so much
I LOVE this video!!! I've painted SEVERAL canvases and added glitter to them, but the glitter always seemed to "clump up" in some places while leaving other places bare! But NOW, because of this video, I know what I was doing song--- I was sealing the canvas with the mod podge FIRST, And THEN adding the glitter!!!🥺🥺🥺 NOW I CAN DO IT THE RIGHT WAY! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SHARING THIS WITH US!!!
I've added holographic glitter to a jar that I keep a mixture of mod poge with about a 1/4" of water to thin it a bit. I use the gloss luster mod poge. I've kept this jar refilled for years. I use the mixture on anything I make with paper. I've also mixed it with folk art paint. I decided to cover one of those clear plastic clam shells that muffins come in because I was going to make a box. I layered tissue paper and the mod poge paint mix and then added more glitter. In my impaitents for it to fully dry, I discovered that I could peel it off the clam shell and it kind of looks like parts of leaves when they dry in the fall. The tissue paper I was able to seperate looked kind of like washi tape. I also tried pouring some of the mod poge mixed with glitter in some silicone moulds I made several years ago when I was trying out resin casting. Those I pulled before they were totally dry because I was afraid that I'd never get them out if I let them totally cure in the moulds. Those are really interesting because they are so thin and transparent. I think I'll probably have to seal them come this summer. Anyway, that's what I've done with mod poge. Actually I've used it for so many years now that when I've run out my work space feels not right. I have to have at least one jar on hand at all times.
I cannot thank you enough for this video. I use Mod Podge to seal my paper beads. This opens up so many more options for me. I spend a fortune on paper and can now use my sealant to add color. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊.
Thanks for this inspirational video. Sometimes not seeing a finished project means my mind starts to think of ‘how will I use this idea?’ The seed beads and all the bling ideas will add to my dragon book cover that has been waiting since I finished getting the egg shells down and the eye. This will definitely be the ticket to creating that cover with reds and blings for my granddaughter. Again, thanks for the step outs.
This was very interesting and I love all the possibilities. I was thinking as you were pouring the Mod Podge from the large container that it would be nice if it had a pour spout.
Incredibly informative as I have no idea what I'm doing, but I want it to look nice. I have often gone in blind as to how the finish would look and this was very helpful, thank you!
Thanks for giving us the examples on the white board. Seeing it side by side for comparison is helpful. Have no idea what some are talking about when saying you didn't give examples. Geesharonies lol
I would like to see you do this with your new products like the terra cotta and watercolor gelz. I also would like to see you do this with the fabric paint. It is such a different formula. I’m curious as to how all those these would react.
GREAT video, perfect timing, just getting some Mod Podge for the first time in years. I saw how much more affordable it is compared to the acrylic mediums and for journaling and making photo albums for my family it will work wonderfully! I have been in love with copper and rose-gold for ages.
Thanks so much for all the great info. I just don't understand the alcohol ink! I have never or even thought of using. Thanks so much for sharing all the great info! Have a great weekend.
Nice tips. I do many ways of these techniques. I make tumblers and are fun looks. My favorite is using a tacky glue and apply and burnish the foil flakes as accents on the tumbler. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for this video. I have mega tubes of seed beads and didn't know what to do with them, some will be great in my ocean diorama. It will be fun to try the other methods to.
THIS IS MY FIRST VIDEO, & I LOVE YOUR LITTLE MODGE PODGE APRON! CLEARLY THIS LADY STAYS REPRESENTING HER... WELL ANYONE I WORKS GUESS! YOUR KITCHEN LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, I'M GUESSING YOU PROB HAD LARGE PARTS IN THE REMODEL, LOVE!
I have saved eyeshadow for this purpose - what can I do with this?? Now I know. I'm so excited. I use Mod Podge for s omany other things but this opened up a whole new door. I dream in metallic and glitter :) And I have a new use for beads that have been in my craft stash for 10 years. Thank you!!!!
Thank you for the neat idea. The only troubling downside is the amount of plastic going into the landfills. The plastic eyeshadow containers for sure, but could be offset by mixing in glass containers that you can wash. Or maybe you wash the little plastic containers and reuse? That would help me to enjoy this more and encourage others to do similar.
This is very helpful. Now I don't have to buy different colors of paint because I already have plenty of mica powders for making my candles!!! Thanks so much!
Can you use the mod podge & glitter for clear plastic or glass Christmas ornaments? If so what process do you suggest? Add glitter to mod podge first or pour and drain mod podge out of ornament then add glitter?
Hi.. question... I am doing a tan canvas tote bag with napkins.. my napkins have a yellowish background.. I have applied 2 coats of mod podge on them... wondering if i add little orche paint to mod podge so when it dries I can lay down the napkin and do the iron on method... do you think that would work... thanks .. I enjoy your videos.
Make sure the kids wear gloves and aprons because it stains big time. I used it to dye Easter eggs and got it on my hands and my counter and it took forever to get off. Days for my skin. Don’t use the one with sugar though. Get the ones in the little packets. Good luck.
Other crafters use a mixture of white glue and water, instead of mod podge in various projects. Would that work as a substitute for mod podge with the eyeshadow?
❓Do you know if any of the various mod podges or combination of Modge podges would give me a safe way to seal custom crafts to put in an organic vegetable garden? Or any not much Podge products for that matter that are safe and non-toxic and I could use ? I want it for things like little decorations I make or custom plant labels ( various material types could be mix of plastics, wood, resin, metal Etc )I'd like to be able to seal them so that they're safe from Sun and rain but I don't want to risk leaching any nasty chemicals into my organic garden especially for food plants. It would be fun to decorate the garden but I don't want to poison myself doing it
I have the hardest time getting Mod Podge to dry past the tacky phase. I bought a brand new bottle and still it won’t get past a tacky finish. It doesn’t stick to the fingers but it’s tacky to the touch. I sure hope someone sees this!! Thanks❤😮
Well I feel kind of bad because all these positive comments I am like don't understand why are you did all this. It just seems to me that you could say how you can mix paint of different colors or beads, glitter, etc. and then show us a project I guess Id would rather see something done then just the fact you can mix things
Her whiteboard with the various examples showing the effects side by side is better than showing items done with this effect, as it's side by side for comparison She didn't just tell us what you can mix in Modge Podge. She showed us on the board
Doesn't matter. You're not going to be eating or putting your project on your face or eyes. And the mod podge would seal any chemicals from transferring onto your skin.
You can also mix metallic eye shadow into a corresponding colored acrylic paint and make metallic acrylic paint.
You are amazing!!! For people who are crafty but trying to take my crafts up a notch(like me) or who are looking for great creative ways to utilize what we have and how to create more...you have nailed it with this video! Thank you for caring enough to take the time to bless us with this video!!!
Now i know what im going to do with all my old eyeshadows :)
THANK YOU for creating this video. The effort in creating this presentation screams labor intensive! But… is it SO Informative and useful and is a gift to those of us who have never used Mod Podge and inspires creativity. Your efforts are an anthology of possibility!

Fantastic. Thank you. It's so brilliant the way you say up the canvas to show us. I subscribed immediately

Hey Ma'am, thank you so much for your ideas and sharing it with us May God continue to Bless you with your creativity ❤❤

Such great ideas! Thank you so much for your in depth video! ❤️
Thanks for giving us the examples on the white board. Seeing it side by side for comparison is helpful. Have no idea what some are talking about when saying you didn't give examples. Geesharonies lol
How lovely! I wish there was something like Mod Podge in my country....only school glue and carpenter glue....
Wow! That was a lot of work! Thank you for doing the hard part! The Trial and error! Thank you do much!!
I’m going to try Easter egg color. Thank you for your ideas.
You are brilliant 💚
I would like to see you do this with your new products like the terra cotta and watercolor gelz. I also would like to see you do this with the fabric paint. It is such a different formula. I’m curious as to how all those these would react.
Love this ~ so full of possibilities! 🌸
These are all so beautiful.
Great idea’s, especially with the seed beads. Thank you.

I’m loving this video. Thank you for the inspiration
Love all the tips. Thanks for showing us all your samples.

Excellent information
I am excited to share these ideas with my senior craft class thank you
SOOOOO HELPFUL! LOVE IT!
Thanks for this video. I have mega tubes of seed beads and didn't know what to do with them, some will be great in my ocean diorama. It will be fun to try the other methods to.
Thank you very much for all your info. I never thought about using the make up.
That was fun and interesting. Thank you for your demonstration. I am inspired and ready to create!
Finally a way to make alcohol inks more manageable!!!!! Thank you!

Great ideas !!!! Thank you !
Thank u SO much for answering my questions before l can ask them! And thank you for letting us see what happens with dollar tree paints/ powders!😊❤😊
Thank you. Great idea.
I would enjoy seeing a few projects that incorporate these examples. They sre intriguing.
Great presentation!
Thank you!!! I needed this!
THIS IS MY FIRST VIDEO, & I LOVE YOUR LITTLE MODGE PODGE APRON! CLEARLY THIS LADY STAYS REPRESENTING
HER... WELL ANYONE I WORKS GUESS! YOUR KITCHEN LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, I'M GUESSING YOU PROB HAD LARGE PARTS

Perfect! Thank you.
That would look really nice for diy garden lights

I want to cover some glass tea candle holders with dried flowers. what type of MP should I use?
Great ideas

Hi thank you for this video love the detail information. I have a question would the mod Podge work for 3D stickers?
Thanks so much for sharing
This is very helpful. Now I don't have to buy different colors of paint because I already have plenty of mica powders for making my candles!!! Thanks so much!
Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
I’ve been using metallic eyeshadows in my mod podge for years.
I used some fabric dye and it turned out well.
I spent R500 on mod podge and didn’t like the affect it gave. BUT with what you have shown me today it’s perfect. Thank you so much….
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I appreciate it!
Great hair btw
Can you use the mod podge & glitter for clear plastic or glass Christmas ornaments? If so what process do you suggest? Add glitter to mod podge first or pour and drain mod podge out of ornament then add glitter?
thank you! fun!
Never would l have thought of doing this!!! Thanks for the inspiration for so many uses
Verrrrrry nice presentation. I appreciate all the work you went through to show us the different looks. Great video!
Hi.. question... I am doing a tan canvas tote bag with napkins.. my napkins have a yellowish background.. Please tell me where you bought the modge podge at. The large container
I'm thinking about mixing Koolaid packets so my grandkids can mix there own colors and not an expensive project 🤔
It works. Just has to be the kind without sweetener or sugar in it.
👍🏽😁
Make sure the kids wear gloves and aprons because it stains big time. I used it to dye Easter eggs and got it on my hands and my counter and it took forever to get off. Days for my skin. Don’t use the one with sugar though. Get the ones in the little packets. Good luck.
You can use mica to make eyeshadow
Can we use the foil type glitter?
Where did you get the large container of modge podge?
I apply my glitter to my cups with mod podge as well.
I use mod podge on canvas with my coloring pages
Could you use this on ceramic statues
I have a lot of old eyeshadows & blush that I never used. I was about to throw out . I thought, what a waste
This is perfect. TY ❤
Awesome
Can you make modge podge into a spray and put it on pastel background in a colouring book
How long does it take for these to dry?
What mod podge did you use?
How does this look in glass
Interesting… I’ve got old eyeshadow I can use for this.
Other crafters use a mixture of white glue and water, instead of mod podge in various projects. Would that work as a substitute for mod podge with the eyeshadow?
I wonder if food dye and glitter would work
❓Do you know if any of the various mod podges or combination of Modge podges would give me a safe way to seal custom crafts to put in an organic vegetable garden? I have a big issue with Mod Podge. It the item gets wet, it turns white. I use Minwax Polyurethane, the kind used on furniture.
Does it have to be mod podge alcohol inks
Yeah I was thinks they make smaller bottles of the stuff.
Such a pity that your boards don’t show us anything! Just can’t see a thing onscreen.😞😞😞😞😞
How about Koolaid packets ???
👏👏👏👏
I have the hardest time getting Mod Podge to dry past the tacky phase. I bought a brand new bottle and still it won’t get past a tacky finish. It doesn’t stick to the fingers but it’s tacky to the touch. I sure hope someone sees this!! Thanks❤😮
Multiple thin coats rather than one thick one. Dry completely between coats with a hair dryer or similar tool.
I never thought about doing that!!! Thank you so much for the suggestion!!! 🥰
This was some different ideas. Instead of using chalk or pastels. So many colors.
Please loose the music, it is very distracting.
Well I feel kind of bad because all these positive comments I am like don't understand why are you did all this. It just seems to me that you could say how you can mix paint of different colors or beads, glitter, etc. and then show us a project I guess Id would rather see something done then just the fact you can mix things

Imagination is a wonderful thing.
Her whiteboard with the various examples showing the effects side by side is better than showing items done with this effect, as it's side by side for comparison
She didn't just tell us what you can mix in Modge Podge. She showed us on the board
Right seems like a waste
This is good for giving different ideas to those who aren’t aware of what can be done.
SKIP the dollar store makeup products please -- TOXIC chemicals in them
Doesn't matter. You're not going to be eating or putting your project on your face or eyes. And the mod podge would seal any chemicals from transferring onto your skin.
