For the voice alone she's definitely worth it. I do think the NP debuff assault is pretty cool. Pretty solid stats as well for an assassin. Seems well built to harass the enemy side with those skills and that NP. In the end I won't go nuts pulling for her. But will take a shot at it. Seems like she'd be useful in the right situations and team.

It's true both are AOE Assassin, but both play completely differently. Shuten focus on multiple debuffs, Cleopatra focus on NP spam and has a better survivability. Most importantly for teams Shuten = Arts, Cleopatra= Buster. I prefer Shuten since I'm an Arts player.

Cleopatra and Musashi are two servants I want dearly due to looks and personality. Only Merlin will get quartz for meta purposes.
