Join us as we dive into an epic story with Aalic, a 19-year-old gearhead, and his dad, as they completely restore a 1970 Camaro!
In this video, we sit down with Aalic to learn more about the inspiration behind this project and the incredible journey they've been on to bring this classic muscle car back to life. From salvaging a beaten-up Camaro to meticulously restoring every detail, Aalic and his dad poured their blood, sweat, and tears into this project.
Watch as Aalic shares his memories of growing up with his dad's '70 Camaro and how it inspired him to undertake this restoration. It's not just about the car; it's about the bond between father and son, the shared passion for classic cars, and the memories created along the way.
Sit back and enjoy...
Special thanks to Gumout for sponsoring this video and supporting Aalic's passion for hot rodding!

Youngsters we need you to keep the old cars alive!!! Please keep this up. Very cool car...
Agree!
Don't sell it, you'll regret it many years later.
That's the truth!
You'll rarely hear a gearhead being happy they let one of their cars go, especially a classic. Don't become one of them.
For real. This is sound advice 👆
Nice car and shout out to dad for steering you in the right direction 👍🏻
Well if dad had really done that the kid would be driving a Ford. 😉
😎
im 56 yrs old w/a 73 camaro. and iamimpressed with this kid.....im proud of you and thankful that youre keeping the passion alive
I’m 68 and second your opinion. Well done kid.
Nice to see a 19 year old in a 70's car who resisted putting big clown wheels on it !!! Nicely done 👏
Amen 😂😂✌️
Love how you kept to the original look of your Sport Coupe. And didn't put a set of Rally Sport bumpers on!
I really enjoy the "real-life"/home-brew builds on this channel. Keep up the great work!
It's really awesome to see that the younger generation is taking an interest in old hot rods.
Bad azz ride!
Love the car!!! And a 19 year old liking 15’s, got to love. Great job.
No surprise here. Most of us were at our best in our teens and early 20's. What we lacked in experience we made up for with enginuity and could make things work on a low budget. Keep up the great work, and congratulations on a great build!!! Keep the hobby alive 👍
Great job on the Camaro!! The black wheels look awesome with the green.
Love it….I’m starting to see a lot more self built rides getting the opportunity to be interviewed and broadcasted. I’m all for it!!!
I bought a '69 Olds in my 20s and still have it. Don't sell it man keep it forever. I've had so much fun in that car. Always puts a smile on my face.
keep it up Aalic your keeping hot rodding alive!! thanks for sharing your story

Beautiful car. The transmission is really built well. I can tell from the way it shifts.

Love it. Young generation about talk not doing. Do great things youngin.
In the 70s I was driving a 65' Baracuda, and 67' Ford F100 Stepside PU and a 69' Ply RoadRunner. My current DD is a 17' Super Sport Camaro with a 6 speed man. Trans.

That’s a badass camero! Never sell it! Especially if you built it with your dad!
Nice job.... Love it!
Awesome build! I am building a Mist Green 70 Camaro now. Always love seeing that color as it is pretty rare, 45 45. Not sure what color I will paint it when finished, as I love hugger orange with black stripes. Going with the LSX-LS7 wet sump build with a tremec T56 Magnum and a ford big bearing 9". Hope you keep the car.
Good job! Nice build!
