Teresa, Great message! I love what you're doing.
Very encouraging, stop chasing a fit look but a fit body 👏👏👏👏
Incredible talk. Thank you for your delivery of such absolutely essential facts in fitness.
Great presentation. Since I had a similar injury her talk was very relevant. I too had a hip issues and was limping and finally using a cane for about two years until I realized I had a 1 in 1,000,000 bone disease PVNS that destroyed my hip cartilage. I was forced to do a total hip replacement and it was tough to recover from the surgery.
Awesome , thank you 👏🏻
awesome message by this beautiful young lady!
O can relate to how it felt to have injuries from working too hard in fitness.
Teresa!! You're incredible! I just saw this. Your clients are so lucky to have you and you absolutely wonderful on this delivery and your confidence up on stage. So inspired for my talk. I'm working up the courage for standing up on that stage!!!

Weak presentation. She said a whole lotta nuthin, and lots of obvious things and added in some sillyness. The issues are real but this lady ain't real.
What qualifies you to speak on this topic? You're arguement for why her presentation is poor is weak and lazy. Saying someone isn't real without any examples to support your stance says more about you than the quality of the presentation.
Freedom of speech is a great thing, but if you don't have anything of value, or useful criticism to add to the comment section, why not keep quiet?
Also - what may be obvious to you might not be so obvious to someone else. Just because the talk isn't of value to you does not mean that others feel the same way.
She said more than you 🤭
