these apartments can actually be cheaper than than a SHARED room on campus for example this 4 bed 4 bath is cheaper per month than the small shared room on campus.Not including other things need for an off campus place of course.
That is true, it was around the same per year for this apartment than it was to be in a single room on campus for only 2 semesters
