I remember watching when you guys just started out and I hadn’t seen one of your videos for a while but your warehouse and your system and everything is amazing. You have really grown the business and it makes me think that even for me as a part-time seller I can do better, I need to organize my inventory lol !
Aww thanks welcome back. Yea it has been a journey that’s for sure. It’s definitely nice to have those processes in place it makes life so much easier.
I will have to watch that again when I'm not driving but the important point I picked up is 'beer is fashion!' Won't forget that quickly. Found a Joseph Ribkoff top last night, wore it to work today. Suffering reseller guilt for not listing it. 😂
Some nice finds & bargains…..I enjoyed following you guys around the warehouse picking, Jazzy’s little ditty’s & that she knew who the doggies were!! “Proud Auntie moment!”😁💜 BTW Brad thanks for bending over away from the camera 🤣 Whooohoooo on the move….. 🚐 My favourite sale was the Harry books of course!
Hi guys, great video as usual. I too do a mix of free and charge postage. Love your jacket Jazzy! Yay for travel! Favourite sale is the Harry Potter books!

Gday guys! I have a question for you. Is there a reason you store inventory in those clear bags rather than store them directly in an AUS post flat rate satchel? Seams like it would have the same effect but without the added step of swapping satchels once it’s sold? Appreciate the content as always.
Thanks mate, yes a couple reasons we do get a lot of combined (multi quantity orders) so we would have to take them out either way, and we also want to make sure that the item definitely matches the item listed as we have a lot of similar items so it’s really a check point to ensure no mistakes occur.

They usually give you donation bags which equates to the 20% off
