The addition of sheet music on top of the tablature is a nice touch. Sort of gives you a new perspective, so to speak. (As a former euphonium player and now bassist, I use tablature, but I do a lot of transcribing from bass clef sheet music :D)
Brilliant cover man!🤘 The bass is a freaking heavy finger workout. All those 16ths notes in the verses and the bridge. Requires A LOT of practice. I'm still working on it haha. You did it perfectly.
This is a great cover, but I have to be a little pedantic here, as the pre-chorus and first half of the chorus are actually just sustained notes every two bars rather than quavers. The quavers come in at the second half of the chorus: m.th-cam.com/video/nAyYip71K_4/w-d-xo.html&T=75 m.th-cam.com/video/nAyYip71K_4/w-d-xo.html&T=148 I only recently picked this up and find it interesting how the bass line jumps from frantic to calm and back in these sections
@@erradate6425 Dude, I think it's obvious that it is not the melody that's hard to play. It's the speed, all those continues 16th notes. Requires a big bit of finger dexterity. I'm bass player too btw. So he has a point. It's certainly not one of the easiest Muse songs to play on bass guitar.
Finally the right tabs on youtube!! Thx!
Man, you're killing it. Love your videos.
Thanks a lot !
it entertains me how little you moved in such a loud song hahahaha good stuff man
@@vwnb sounds like Bellamy

Thanks a lot !
Great cover like always dude!
Thanks a lot !
Pretty clean!
Thanks !
Awesome cover.Maybe Muse's music is not my type but I really love their bass lines.
Well done! How did you get your right hand fingers up to speed on bass?
You need to relax your hand and practice a lot with a metronome
Been wanting to learn this for some time, now. Thanks for the video!
Awesome cover 👌
At 3:37, which pedal did you use for that effect? Sick cover dude!
I'm pretty sure it's the mxr phase 90 as that's what's in the description
Hmm nice.! ( Muse are very difficult to be learned..high technic, but you got it)
Thank you !
Excellent!
very very very nice !
Thank you !
What effects did you use at 1:36 to get that thicker sound?
EHX Big Muff
Loïck Jouaud Thanks!

3:31 how to do that? What technique is called?
i think its just some mute
It called maybe natural harmonics
かっこいい!!!
3:25 G.solo
A# is Bb and D# is Eb, we are in D minor, don’t confuse
Wow, that was amaznig.. but I don't get it, the initial guitar riff consist of hammer on and pull of or it is just single notes?
Nevermind, I got it, it's like if every note was a double-pick note :D
Amazing!! Any tips to move my fingers like you do and keep it up? I am a little slow

Bon exercice pour travailler la double croche
Literally thought this madlad was playing on a telecaster until I saw the head
Great cover. That main guitar riff isn't as easy as it looks.
Нихуя себе сетап. Целое состояние одних только педалей.
how do u do the
It's a natural harmonic
Natural harmonic between 2nd and 3rd fret
so amazed to size of he's hand..
nice
Great cover, what did you use for the guitar riff? FF or big muff? Which settings?
Neither, wampler triple wreck, but don't remember the settings
how did you get that feed back during that really fast part on the low e.
It’s a natural harmonic. Lightly put your finger on the third fret without pressing down and hit the low e. Hope this helped
3:25
The bass lines of Stockholm are much easier than Hysteria haha.I think they are root notes.
But it's much faster. Roughly 128bpm 16th notes fingerstyle is not easy.
*Hey my friend, how do you do 12/ ???*
It's a slide down from the 12th fret
Were any pedals used?
Setup is on the description
Do a romantic rights cover!!!!
Maybe later !
first
lmao look at the bass tabs and tell me bass ain't easy
This one is one of the hardest to play IMO, the insane speed is the real thing, because it's with fingers and not with a pick.
« There is a simple melody so its easy » lol typical dumb ass guitar player here. Bass aint guitar.
