I’m here for it! 🥰 I would love to see a video on building a house, start to finish. Like how do you make the outside not as boring or weird? Roofing tips. Planning out rooms. Furnishing that flows together. Clutter tutorial . Etc 😂 I just feel like I have a decent basic skill but I need just a little more. Love your content ❤️

How to work out the room diameters is so obvious when you point it out, but somehow I just did not manage to think of it that way. Really nice vid, thank you! I like the sim-face cam in the corner, haha. Now to browse your Etsy, that necklace is adorable! 😁

Its definitely a different way to approach it, but I think that is a lot of people’s downfall - they try to get too technical, working out the exact square meterage/feet when it’s ready just about the proportions ☺️ I’m glad you enjoyed the video, and that you like my little sim-self voiceover!

oh god am I going to be attempting this tomorrow for my legacy house?! Yes I am! Very useful! I came off for the night as I was building from a real floor plan but built to the scale of the picture as opposed to the tiles so everything was massive, but you making the point of us knowing the size of doors, toilets etc is actually like a mindblowing realisation, dunno why I didn't realise that! wish me luck for tomorrow, it's gonna be a tricky one for little noobie me! xD
@@SimsationalBuilds It went well in the sense that it mapped out well, however the floor plan itself it a little too big for the sims I think. Probably too ambitious, either that or I just didn't do it right aha. That said though I'm going to see about drawing inspiration from some other floorplans, perhaps I can mix Ideas? If you accept challenges though I'd happily send you the floor plan if you fancy giving it a go? :p

A standard door is 3 feet wide so if you wish to work in sqf one wall is 3 feet. so a 12 x 12 room would be a 4 x 4 room in the sims.
