Hi again Barry. I Googled cites and found the FedEx alert. Then I called my supplier. All is well here in the US as far as domestic peacock is concerned. That's where their peacock comes from. Thanks again for the tip.
Well my question was answered, thanks for the tip. Beautiful red tag by the way.
Thank you for the info. Time to start stocking up.
What material is used for the hackle?
Hi Dan, here I use a Platinum natural brown Whiting saddle hackle.
Hey Barry, what's that for a whip finisher then you used?I wonna buy this, too. Big fish from Germany 🇩🇪✌️
Hi Monti, its a Matterelli rotary whip finisher.
Hi Barry. Excellent videos. Where are you from that peacock may not be as available as before?
Hi Rondolfo, thanks, Peacock, so that means all peacock feathers, was placed on the CITES list of endangered species by India earlier this year and that is where 95% of all peacock products come from so when current stocks run out they will be difficult to obtain.
How do you fish this fly?
Hi ZDG, this is a dry red tag, so it's fished dead drift as you would with many other dries.
