I love following your advantures. I use then to help me slect places to campgrounds, things to see and plqces to visit. I live in Marylamd and each year I do a long trip out west in the August/September time frame. Last year I included three days at Picnic Springs Campground after seeing it in your video. It was awesome and I will probably stay there again this year. I am also using your vids to plan the Pinedale Wyoming section of my trip. One of the things that is very useful to me is knowing the actual dates that the vids were recorded. This gives me some ideas as what to expect as to how busy the campgrouds are, the best time to get to first come/frst served campgrounds, the weather and the level of vehicular congestion. Thank you! Your channel is setting the standards for all others.
@ 8:18 I wish Carol and I were with you guys. I still reminisce meeting you at the van meet a couple months back. Carol and I will be able to catch up more frequently after the house and van are paid off. (About 2 1/2 years) Everything else is paid. We hope to catch up with you on the road more frequently once we are debt free and have our home base settled and established. Until then, travel safe. Be blessed. Icing/heat? Very gentle stretching/yoga? I've had sciatica once and it was painful. Luckily, I found a great doctor (physiatrist) and he provided me the solution...within one month, it was gone! So remain positive: there is a solution, and I hope you have found it or will find it soon!

We have always loved camping in PA State Forest off grid. Sadly they started charging $15 for out of state residents with a $6.50 one time online registration fee. At $21.50 for a night we could stay at a PA State Park for $10 more and have every amenity, electric, hot showers, bath house, camp fire, picnic table.... Ofcourse Maryland our home State doesn't have anything free either. So sad for us. We love how other State continue to offer others a great opertunity to get out in nature. Thank you for cleaning up the bathroom. We just don't understand people who think throwing trash on the ground is acceptably. So sad. 😢 Save travels!
Yes, it's just like you said, it was sad for me to find out all the primitive camping was free in the state forest of Pennsylvania just last year. We ended up finding some prime free camping in Pennsylvania’s only National Forest. Coming up next video. 👍😀🐕🎾

OMG “Alligator Free Water” excitement was the best! 😂❤ We have been to Little Fort Campground too but in the summer. That’s more our speed as you know. Definitely no service and the silence was refreshing. We definitely need to do that more often.
@@oneadVANtureatatime we were on our way north last summer and came across it. Definitely an area we need to see more of. That campground is the only time we ever “lost” Juno. We couldn’t find her for about 2 hours. She came walking out of the brush with the attitude of “what are you looking for. I’m right here.”

Loved the video . The scenes of the Shenandoah River reminded me of the great old movie Shenandoah starring Jimmy Stewart. If anyone has not seen it they will recognize this river and valley is one of the most beautiful in America. It was so bountiful that Phil Sheridan fought a campaign to halt farm production during War .
They ran out of money for the seventh post, but they were going for a symmetrical sign frame, seven would have thrown them off and made it asymmetrical

Strangely enough I have been to Woodstock Virginia five plus times in my life over 55 years. My father went to military school there. I want to say positive things about the area. . I can't. I have been on tower road, the locals think it's great. I glad you are safe and warm
We are heading to PA this spring and I’ve spent hours looking for free camping in the Shippensburg-Scotland area with no luck. I’m looking forward to hearing about your PA camping experiences!
I think if you have an in reach with a monthly subscription(as low as 11.95) you can get weather updates for an extra $1 per month. For those times you have no cell service.
Alligator free water. Yay. We also had to leave Florida to find cooler weather. Not snow though. Roodle is happy I'm sure to be in safe Alligator free water again. Florida is beautiful, but too many bugs and no place to soak your feet in the water without the risk of being eaten by alligators/sharks/jelly fish etc. The ocean beaches are phenomenal except swimming with sharks and the risk of red tide in the beautiful white sand on the gulf. It's such a toss up. Warmth vs cold and dust. The snow looks appealing after being so hot. Easter egg for sure of allowed 21 days to stay. There's free camping around Milford Pennsylvania, but I'm sure you're already past that area though. I agree there should have been 7 posts. We love your videos.
That’s a nice area of Va. I’ve been through Gordonsville and Orange. Nice little towns. Nice parks too. Love the camp spot, pretty cold time to go 😂 I think I would have stayed in Florida 👍🏼 great video. I would not have noticed the sign if you didn’t tell me 😂but I usually miss a lot anyhow 🤷🏼♂️
I posted a video of some land, I'm going to be owning, on a white water river. It has a tiny cabin already on it (really an abandoned house), gonna fix it up. Has a good launching beach for canoes, and kayaks. River is full of trout, bass and catfish. We;re going to tun it into a Veterans Relaxation and Outdoor sports area with free camping. The idea is to develop a place where veterans can come and enjoy the company of others and relax and just enjoy the outdoors while reconnecting with the Brother and Sisterhood. Take a look when you have time, I'd really appreciate it. It might be someplace you visit someday....
