If ever you feel something wrong with your hormone try to do fasting avoid unhealthy food,too much carbo,sweet and unhealthy oil. Avoid all these. Do healthy diet very very effective because it happened to me and that's what I did. Take green tea every morning,I also take garlic water and lemon water. Take care of yourself
