Having dark circles I classify the VB as slight to light coverage, definitely not medium. There's too large a discrepancy between the 2 lightest shades. I chose the lightest shade which is too light in colour & coverage. It's an expensive regret but I am enjoying the WA. I do think both brands could improve their shade range.
I bought both but I don't think they are really comparable. I use the VB more it's more of my everyday light to no makeup and the Westman would be more for a glam look but I can use the smallest dot to get my everyday no makeup type thing like I do with the Chanel Sub concealer. Even if u use the WA concealer for glam less is more . I think the Westman is for people that like fuller coverage and if u like light coverage the VB . I see people buying the VB and then complaining about it saying it's not full coverage but right on it says light coverage so I don't see the point of people buying it that absolutely want full coverage. I don't think it's fair to the product for people to buy it then say they hate it because of that . 😂
This is very true!! I was definitely aware that it was supposed to be light-medium and I don’t mind that at all! I’m way more offended by their price point 😂 but I do like both!
Yes, you are right about the coverage, but Westman Atelier lasts much longer throughout the day while VB doesn't hold up for a full 8 hours, and that has nothing to do with the amount of coverage each claims to have. VB is just not worth the price tag even if one wishes to use a light coverage or no-makeup look concealer.
What are your favorite concealers that are between medium - full coverage and have very minimal creasing? So far the givenchy concealer is my favorite. The danessa myricks is ok but the range doesnt have a great shade for me even with mixing in an adjuster. I have fair muted olive skin so i always have to mix blue adjuster in anyway
