Hot tent camping is a great way to keep warm in the winter months when out camping solo or with another person.

I once had someone say to me " Why would you want to go camping you can eat and cook in a tent" Well how wrong were they, We had some brilliant holidays camping then had to move to a caravan due to ill health. That chicken dinner looked far better than I've seen come out some folk's oven in the house. Great video loving your channel as a new member. 👌👌

I bought a fleece blanket throwover, and I use this on my air mat because of the cold coming through and also I put a dense foam exercise mat under the air mat and as of yet its worked and I sleep nice and cosy. This is just a suggestion, and by the way, I enjoyed the video. Well done. 👍👍👍

A place like this is appreciated by long-time campers as well. I have done isolated camps...but I much enjoy a well-regulated campsite; especially one where our American Lager Louts are kept under control after a sensible hour. You are 'Speaking Truth' about the misery of having to buy extra stuff to make the product work as advertised. I would also like to see the thermal test pointed at the oven.

You can build the stove with the oven piece ontop of the stand and then the actual stove ontop of the oven bit, so the oven is not so close to the floor 😉

Klymit air pads are bottom of the barrel... I use a Therm-a-rest NeoAir Xtherm sleeping pad on snow, buy once, cry once. I get it though, you paid for an air pad that didn't live up to your expectations. The chicken and vegetables looked delicious. Great video.

Dan, do yourself a favour and "spatchcock" fresher chicken. That goes for any pre-seasoned meats sold in grocery stores. Grocers sell meats close to their "best by" date by adding strong seasonings to mask the age of the meat and bump up the price per pound to account for the labour involved and the cost of the seasoning. Do it yourself and you'll have better control over which flavours you prefer and save a few quid.
