bought one of these at Home Depot--missing parts--HD says get the parts from PP--PP says get the parts from Briggs and Stratton--B&S charges me for the parts!!! refusing to take my word that the box didn’t have the parts. Still waiting on missing parts to arrive. I’m out $500 and my grass is almost too high to cut--great machine--great companies ALL!!!
