The track is named "In Memoriam Heroes" by Peter Skutecki (Sebuko). You can find it in the game's "Music" folder, file Gameover.psm (it's an MP3, just with a different extension). The earlier version of this track can be found on Turrican Soundbase page, under the name "Funny64" turricanforever.de/#SetaSoundbase
