The tip that guy gave regarding separating global KBs for generic how to guides and using processes for client specific is actually a really good idea. Mixing client specific information with generic information is about the biggest mistake I see companies make. Once you start going down that road, you end up with 55 radically different guides to add an AD user that will never be updated.
