Jonna makes me proud of living in northern Sweden. It really is beautiful but the winters are very long and hard. Like northern Alaska.
Jonna is like an elf from ’Lord of the Rings’.

I'm from the northen Sweden, but in 2016 I moved to the south of Sweden to a town in Småland. I thought that I wanted to get away from the north, sometimes even Sweden, but after living in the south of Sweden I started to see the beautiful of the north again. So this year I moved back and people get suprised when I say that I want to stay here. South Sweden is very flat and in my own opinion; pretty bland. I missed the mountains, the forest, the intense seasons, seeing the stars, etc. Never knew I would miss it that much tbh. I think everyone should go to the north of Sweden and see all the beautiful it an offer, because it is a lot.

It's amazing how we crave nature more when we build cities and town around us that strip trees, lakes, and wilderness from our surroundings. So glad you found happiness back up north!

    • @herrfriberger5
      @herrfriberger5 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Well, you could also choose to live in the middle parts of our land, which are seldom as flat as Skåne and which has many more species of beautiful plants and trees than does the north. But, sure Jonna Jinton shows sides of Norrland that are truly beautiful (although I would get lappsjuka the first day there).

Having family on both fronts. I agree, 100% The north is where you find freedom, calm, nature, and to some people beauty(I'll be honest, this does not matter so much to me. But that's just a point for me in general - I don't think so much about surfaces. My game, is understanding how things work, and pragmatism).

When she's sitting on her knees by the lake I suppose she's referring to the painting of the artist John Bauer. Fantastic that she moved back and is living the life she really want! Astonishing scenarios of the northern Sweden!👍

That's right. She's referring to John Bauer. I love his art. So atmospheric!
Here's the world famous painting Jonna emulates so beautifully!

no to image driven for me /the fake blond hair on a true dark haired girl /another poser sitting in a plastic tutu talking about natural pigments and sporting the peroxide blond Swedish girl /yoga image , she has a lovely voice and is good with a camera/and making a TH-cam channel/I find it all wanting /well I am a true blond and a way more creative life so I guess the bar is high for me/lol!

Yes. We have internet in Sweden :) As a matter of fact, probably the worlds fastest, and the most people connected per capita. Swedish company Ericsson is also a huge pioneering developer in 3, 4 and 5g and has helped another Swedish company Telia to be have the worlds first 5g network in Norway and Sweden.

I love your coments on Jonna ❤️ I have followed her work for some years now as my grandfather is from Ramsele, Ångermanland and later lived in Arvidsjaur, Västerbotten before he finally moved to Stockholm for love. This area of Sweden calls out to me, it brings peace to my soul. It its something about mountains, looking at them, klimbing them that makes me hole as a human. So much as in that I now in just a couple of weeks are moving to the capital of Norrland, Umeå with my family. To move over 65 miles from Stockholm is a big step but it will be a new begining for my restless soul, a meeningfull future for my kids and som really nice fishing and hunting for my husband ☺️ dispite the "knott" and midnight sun in the summer or endless snow and deep darkness in the winter 😉

The struggle is actually real. She moved from a big city to the wilderness and had to learn to cut wood and all that is the daily life in the north. of course today she is more settled but all is real from the beginning.

Not really a wilderness - she lives in a tiny village located about one hour drive away from larger towns. There are facilities like electricity and running water in such places too.

I'm so glad you featured Jonna Jinton whom I find so uplifting and positive. Her vlogs are high quality and very well made. Great photography, editing and music. Her voice is beautiful. I loved her singing the Swedish national anthem "Du Gamla, Du Fria" which she was asked to sing live on tv for the yearly football awards program at Globen in Stockholm. Jonna is my light on the darkest of my days.

The best thing about Jonna is that she does not live for others. She is not here to give the world what they want. WE is only given a opportunity to look into her ordinary and wonderful life. Älskar det! Kram.

I admire her most because she is a really strong woman. Love our Swedish nature. She can sing. Is an artist. She is a little bit of everything. Or she is a great deal but she does not go for money. Not fame. She could be a famous singer. But she chases her own happiness.

For inforformation Sweden has good internet, official target is 2020, 95 percent of all households and companies should have access to broadband of at least 100 Mbps.By 2023, the whole of Sweden should have access to stable mobile services of good quality.

ah, I love those sober comments on your channel! I can imagine that J.Jinton fans hate you, because you're snatching their drugs from them! Jinton is a dealer, she sells the stuff of dreams and whoever has nibbled on it can no longer do without - thank you for being there, one can enjoy art, she does it perfectly, but not unenlightened, otherwise one will get sick.

It's peaceful but that's still hard life, she does all this to elevate the long winters. The suicide rate increases exponentially the further north you go, living for long periods in the dark is not good for peoples mental health. So don't romanticise what you see here, most people couldn't adapt.
