  • Frother not working well? First step is to run milk cleaner through the milk pitcher.

Also, remember to descale this machine at least quarterly. This is very important for maintenance. Delonghi Descaler:

OMG - cleaning that opening totally fixed it for me - thanks!
I actually used a very small strand of wire and pushed it all the way through a few times - worked great!
    Thanks!!

You brought my old Lattisima back to life with your video. Thank you! For those wondering how to clean the nozzle. I ran mine under hot water, blew through it, and used a toothpick to gently poke on the tiny hole end. You can also go with a toothpick from the larger opening end but don't dig deep as I believe there may be a screen of some sort in there and you don't want to damage it.

Wow! After 4 descaling operations, hours of search and trials to get my machine work again, your solution what made it work back again as its first day! Thank you so much. You just needed to explain in the video how to clean it up. I just used a very thin needle gently then sucked what was inside it.

Thank you. That worked. I thought it needed to be descaled again... did that 2 weeks ago. I will be more careful in the future. Would be nice to have a tiny tool. I used a safety pin.

Karen Brooks Nelson a had to suck it out by mouth. So disgusting. No pin or needle worked. So a tiny unsharp needle and a tiny straw would be great. I do descale every 2 weeks. The water is filled with lime and other substances .

Ours randomly spits out steam but does not suck up the milk, then it works again! Why?

    • @mike8549
      @mike8549 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

It depends on which setting you choose and turn the knob on the top of the milk cup

same setting, sometimes warm milk, sometimes just steam. Have cleaned that nozzle a million times@@mike8549

Usually, this is repaired by cleaning out the solenoid valve. If this doesn't work then the solenoid valve needs to be replaced.

I have no problem with the steam, but the Milk - also the Water - get not soked up. Do you know how to open the cap of the milk-bottle? Is there a way?

I called the support. They tell me a lot of shit. My solution: When you descale, then put in the end every peace of the milk-can into the used descale-water for 10 Minutes.

Does water in the milk compartment ware down the machine ? Is it damaging to the machine? Because typically even soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk or any other type of non dairy milk is not typically allowed so I doubt water is allowed in there. Please advise.

There's a MAGNET in the milk cup lid, the dishwasher may have knocked the magnet loose and now the cup isn't being read either place a magnet in that spot or get a new cup, but if u shake it and hear somthing moving its the magnet inside the milk container top

We soak it in milk cleaner. amzn.to/2pVkQnu
Then, we blow it out with compressed air. You can use canned air if you don't have an air compressor. Finally, you can use a small wire to clean the tip if it is still clogged. Just be careful not to damage the plastic with the wire.

Useless. No information whatsoever. Just a marketing stunt showing how good it works AFTER they fixed it.
