Tomb Raider (2013) - Bell and 2 Windows of Wind Puzzle

Directions:
1)Open only one window so that the wind comes in
2)Stand in front of the window with the air and hit that hanging stuff with the bow using R2/RT.
3)Do this with the next window.
4)Open both windows and hit the object again. Success.
