Ingredients
- 5 lemons
- Zest of 2½ of the lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Lots of Ice
Instructions
1. Zest 2½ lemons.
2. Juice all 5 lemons.
3. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add in sugar, water and zest. Stir and cook until sugar is fully dissolved and it just starts to boil. Then put in fridge/freezer for until cool (apx 30 mins).
4. In a pitcher/jug, add in the sugar syrup mixture and lemon juice. Then fill to the top with ice. Let the ice melt for 5 or so minutes before serving. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Only tip I’d add to the recipe is you can adjust the strength by adding water. By default, it’s quite concentrated. I would add 2 cups of water before serving if serving right away.

Haha yes seems counterintuitive to have to cook to make lemonade. It’s just so you can make sugar simple syrup. Wish I could hand you that glass. It’s so refreshing!
If you wanted to be even better add in about a tablespoon full of vanilla extract
Really? I have to try it! 1 tbsp or tsp? 1 tbsp is a lot of vanilla but what an interesting twist!
