My whole family s on medicine
Family medicine is general physician right?
Like a Nurse learns general medicine in nursing school. But if she wants to be the one giving orders, she will be a family medicine doctor?
if a nurse wants to make clinical decisions she either has to do med school and become a doctor or she can be head nurse in a ward but it doesn't mean she gets to make decision rather total patient coordination , medication, etc, oversee the nursing department, directly managing the nursing staff and ensuring they follow all procedures and medical best and signing of any paperwork and patient records.
