halo girl im sorry to hear that, its a huge loss.. i lost mine 2013, and its gut wrenching but cling to your goals and make them become a reality...when you get down or feel defeat upon your heals remember your strength, power, remember your mother and how proud she would be to see you conquer over it all..be it weight , career goals, financial etc..Get yourself in gear my beauty you have nothing but a great life ahead of you..if you create it as such..set yourself up for success knowing that every move (or lack thereof) puts you closer to your goals (or further away).Today determines your tommorow.
Stay Positive and remember they (our mothers) never leave us, they may have left in the flesh but their spirit and love lives on inside of us.

O my Lord!! This is my life... I'm an only child. I'm 29, and still at my heaviest weight... I lost my mom 6 years ago to what they said was a GI or liver cancer... she was a diabetic... this was on my suggestions on a day of such depression. God's timing I must say... wake up ME!!!!!! Wow she looks amazing and alive!!

you must detox from sugar and carbs first..oh and gluten is not our friend...increase water intake and light exercise first if you need to lose a ton of weight.

If something makes my life more complicated it doesn't work for me. I tried to lose 20 lbs for years and nothing worked because I wouldn't stick to it. Finally found intermittent fasting browsing around youtube and it simplifies my life (one less meal to shop, cook, and clean up) and finally lost the stupid 20 lbs. I basically do the Mediterranean diet; basing my meals on starches like brown rice, whole grains, potatoes, beans with lots of fruits and veggies, some meat once in a while, mostly am off the sugar trail. For exercise just walk briskly in place for half an hour while I listen to music or watch an old movie.

It's funny but a lot people who was over weight most of their life....tend to look 'not very nice ' after weight loss. ..but she looks great.

Tara Buxo a lot of them don't know how to change up their look once they loose weight. That definitely happened to me. I had to re learn how to dress and style my hair
crushinthedevil but if you have the bypass you're supposed to follow a strict dietary and exercise guide. If someone is looking gaunt in the face they simply aren't taking care of themselves properly. Especially because after the bypass it becomes harder for the person to absorb nutrition like a normal person
I think it's because she lost the weight gradually. It probably have her body time to adjust instead of trying to lose it all in a couple months

Yes she looks awesome but ive lost over 80 pnds what she fails to mention is the mindset after a huge weight loss there is alot of mental and physical issues i actually have been struggling mentally because of the fact im terrified of gaining all that weight back yes shes awesome but there is way more that meets the eye when loosing close to and over 100 pnds
