How to make a Shamanic Rattle

  • When we craft sacred tools, we put our love and energy into them, making them very personal and special to us. By crafting your own Shamanic Rattle, every beat of the drum will be lead by the love and energy that you have put into your beater, and with the combination of elements that you have used to make it.
    Shamanic Rattles can be easily made using our Rawhide Offcuts, which have been blessed in our Drum Birthing ceremonies from the same sustainably sourced hides that we make our Shamanic Drums from, and with our waxed sinew thread for sewing and binding. In addition to this, you will need to quest for your stick (details below), and some glue to secure the Rattle head.

    Thank you Jonathan, l was searching online to see how to make a rattle for my Seidr practice, and there you were. I will be making my first today, my guides have been trying to get to do this for a while now!

      I'm not sure of the brand. I will see if I have any packaging of them. We have about 20 here from workshops over the years. I will see if I can find them online and let you know what to search too
