One of the best explanations of the application of Wing Chun principles to real world combat that I have seen yet. Thankyou for sharing this with us all, Sifu.
I must say, that you are one of the few jkd ppl I have seen that has a good knowledge and translation of Wing Chun for your use. Bravo. All the best from Wing Chun in Chicago.
Really nice video Sifu Ming. You explained what I have felt all along. I am currently just practicing with bamboo ring and punching pad. I also have an Everlast punching dummy. I practice Sim Lim Tao every morning when I wake up. It really warms up the body. Better than coffee.
Oh, my god... you are so good at explaining things! You are like an engineer and teacher who also know how to fight. Do you happen to have a video training course for some basic self-defense purposes?
You are correct; Greco-Roman is there. There is also some Muay Thai, Filipino martial arts, and Western boxing, but the clip was specific to Wing Chun - it's use, and our implementation of it.
Wow, another GOOD Wing Chun video on youtube. Greetings from a fellow "JKD"er/BJJer/KaliMan and ex WingChun cult follower. The art was not the problem, the politics and egos flying wild made the leave many years ago. Keep up the good work.
Yes, the wing chun is great, but Greco-roman is also used here and that should, perhaps be mentioned. Some may not know what is actually in Wing Chun and what is being used from merely a Wing Chun "concept".

I like watching his videos,it seems as if he created Wing Chun himself, I like the way he explains it...👍💪😎💯
You're a man after my own heart Ming!
Thank you, sir.
Brilliant mate!
You are telling the truth. Peace be within you!
Wow. Great insight.

Nice...
Wing Chun doesn't apply to ring fighting, it applies to real fighting.
Interesting ...

Can you make a video of defending from more than one attacker that has no weapons.
I do have that shot already. It's just a matter of time getting the videos edited. I have quite a backlog at the moment due to demand.
