Tawa Coconut Bun Recipe in Tamil | No Oven, No yeast | Instant Coconut Bun ready in 10 min

In this video we will see how to make tawa coconut bun recipe in tamil. This instant coconut bun can be made in a tawa and can be prepared without oven. We have added baking soda and baking powder to make the bun, soft and spongy. The coconut stuffing is then added between the bun base. This bun recipe can either be made with an egg or can be made as an eggless bun recipe by substituting egg with thick curd.

Ingredients:
For the coconut Stuffing:
3-4 tbsp Sugar
4 Cardamom
1 cup Coconut
1/4 cup tutti frutti
1/4 cup Cherry
For the Bun:
1 Egg or 1/4 cup Curd
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Oil or melted Butter
1.5 cup Maida
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk approximately
