Lovely exterior, love most of the inside design too! In this design the powder room would be better placed where the storage room is, only because the powder room shouldn't open on to the kitchen or living space!

This house is a fusion of Filipino and modern, contemporary home design ... saving this design. First time I watch a home design video giving space to an altar. Each space of the home is very much intelligently though of.

My only concern the dinning no space and the intrance i think not compatible with the hiuse designed as big as it is. But.aswell sala also so small space..

I’m sure this home will cost about 4.5 million or higher I’m guess estimating…
I think it depends on the Engineer if how much they ask per square meter and also if you/they includes the furnitures

@@housedesignph sobrang nagustuhan ko po design nyo kaya paulit ulit po namin pinapanuod.. ask ko lang po sana yung 7M na halaga para lang po ba yun sa pagpapatayo ng bahay separate pa po ang lot amount o kasama na po?
Salamat budget po ng client ko 7m pero nag pa quote cya nasa 5m hnd kasama lot

overall design is pleasing, except for the laundry area! I don't live in a tropical climate! Going outside to do the laundry in sub-zero temperatures would not be pleasant! Consider the locale of your potential homeowners!
