You present us with beautiful houses but I have hard time trying to visualize the partitions as you don't include the layouts. Please include the floor plans if possible.

400 - 500sqm lot area I guess.
Mag kano po cost sa bahay?
Let's say na nasa 280 or 300 sqm yung floor niya, standard costing 35k/sqm = 10,500,000
+ Yung Lot Area kunwari nasa 350 - 450 sqm, depende sa location, standard 35k/sqm = 14M
+ Amenities (Pool) let's say nasa 75-90 sqm = 3,150,000, compute total = 27,650,000 standard, approximate lang.
Wala pong top view yung ground floor & second floor 😔😔😔
