Hi Mam, your videos are really enlightening. I'd appreciate an advise on a urgent case. The patient is Female, 60, housewife, and has cataract in both eyes. We are planning to go with Phaco and Eyehance but she has astigmatism of 2.5D. Can she go with just a Monofocal instead of Toric IOL, and fix the astigmatism with glasses? We are concerned about the rotation of the IOL and cost of it's readjustment, post-implantation. Your advise will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
