@@orlandoltx8467 yeah, single cab 5.0 on smooth streets it rode fine but on the highway it bottomed out every minute or 2. Made my new truck feel uncomfortable to drive. Plus the front air dam scrapes the road. My new under bed notch fixed the rough ride. But it was hard to install.
@@orlandoltx8467 I'm still on the factory wheels, I ordered 24X9 and 24X10 intros 2 months ago but still waiting on them. I live in Houston and the highways seem to have lots of dips. My front air dam scraps the highway all day as well. I can hear it rub as I drive and the are no rub marks in the wheel wells but the dam is getting tore up.
Update... after my frame notch, I had a hard vibration a couple times on the highway. I got under the truck and saw that the driveshaft is rubbing the cab crossmember and the frame crossmember near the back of the cab. I just had a custom 2 piece driveshaft made ($930) custom installed it myself, now it only rubs the front airdam, which I'm ok with.
I'm having a popping noise come from the driverside front. Only at slower speeds. Makes the noise accelerating from a stop and when turning in a parking lot. Slowly seems to be getting worse. Any idea what this could be?
I put an IHC kit on my 2021 f150. Frame hits the axle all day. I had to put an under bed notch on it.

I heard you need a 2 piece drive shaft, is this true for 4/6 drops?
U just need to cut a cross member down there
