My favorite thing about Adam actually isn't his voice. I met him once a few years ago, and once recently. He is the nicest, most humble person you could ever meet. He even told all of us the diva persona that he uses is just for stage. I absolutely love him.

@@angelacapps2920 Adam is not part of the band, that's why they tour as Queen + Adam Lambert. It's an ongoing collaboration since 2011. Those are the facts. Brian and Roger have never explicitly stated that Adam is a band member. It might feel like it after all those years, but it's not official :)
@@caesarsalad-xu4vy it is QUEEN and Adam Lambert because Adam is his own person. He's never wanted into the band. They spent years trying to get him, and he said no. Know YOUR facts. They wanted him after Idol. He said no, both because of contractual obligations but also because he wanted to do his own thing with his music and didn't want to just be the Queen frontman. :) he's not in the band because he doesn't want to be. Adam is Adam and that's the entire point about their tours.

You got a taste of what Adam Lambert is capable of. He is the new front man for Queen, has been for several years now, has put out multiple solo albums and has a voice like no other. Wow, I can't believe people are still only now discovering how phenomenal Adam Lambert is, but I loved your reaction, it was so honest, and it kinda reminded me of back when I first heard his voice several years ago - he does have that effect on people, he can do some pretty ridiculous things with his voice, the best singer I've ever heard really. His range, his versatility, his singing technique, his tone, everything is just on another level. And he's always that good. The man can saaang!

Have listened to Adam sing for about seven years and must say that to hear this voice in person is surreal. I find myself constantly saying, "Whhhhaaaaat did he just sing?" and sometimes just laugh with joy at the impossibility of what I'm hearing. To everything that's already been said about his voice, breath control, range, etc., I'll add this: I can always understand the lyrics when Adam is singing. His diction is naturally clear. I wonder if this stems from his musical theater days when it was important that the audience could understand the lyrics. Glad you discovered this one-in-a-billion voice, Billy. He's textbook Technique and he connects with the song so well. He can hit higher notes on key! and can sustain notes with power with his almost perfect breath control, and hes got great vocal resonance,
even without a mic he could probably still be heard lol. loved it. Hope you do more of his stuff he also sings with Queen :)

I’ve followed Adam since he was on idol and I have NEVER heard him hit a bum note. He is absolutely incredible and the way he builds a song is totally unique.

Adam has been one of my favorite singers since I saw him on American Idol. He did "Tracks of My Tears" and was even mentored by Smokey Robinson for his performance. I also like when he did "Mad World". You should check his Idol performances.

But he went on to be more famous than the winner, even getting a Grammy nomination. You will love him in his solo career and his career with Queen. ❤️

@ Tanya Field - the votes were rigged in Kris Allen's town. You can probably google it. They were given burner phones and the people in his hometown could vote as much as they wanted. One person said they voted 10,000 times or 100,000 times. It is way better that he didn't win. He would never have the opportunities he has.
