why do fees differ depending in signature? kinda cheapens the validity of the service

I guess some signatures might be harder to validate but I don't know if that is the reason or if the card is just worth more. Also another question for PSA and others should be why would you pay more for the same service. Somehow PSA and other services has people believing that what they are the reason the item is worth more. If you get brakes done on a Nissan versa vs a BMW M6 does the "labor rate" change it might be more involved so it would take more time but the rate doesn't change and if it doesn't will the BMW sell for less ? lol
